4. הסכם בלעדיות לרכישת תשומה
פטור זה יחול גם על הסכם לרכישה בלעדית, שבו רכישת הטובין מהספק נעשית לשם שימוש בהם כתשומה בייצור טובין אחרים ולא לשם מכירתם (להלן – הסכם בלעדיות), בתנאי שסך כל הכמות הנמכרת בידי אותו ספק לכל הרוכשים ממנו טובין כאמור, בהסכם בלעדיות, אינה עולה על 10% מכלל הצריכה של טובין מאותו סוג.
