1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
בכללים אלה –
”חברה אם“ – אדם, למעט מדינת ישראל או רשות מקומית, השולט בחברה אחרת, בין במישרין ובין באמצעות שליטה בתאגידים אחרים;
”חברות קשורות“ – חברה אם וחברת בת או חברות־בת של אותה חברה אם, ויראו לעניין פטור סוג זה חברות הקשורות עם אותה חברה כחברות הקשורות ביניהן;
”שליטה“ – כהגדרתה בחוק.
