2. פטור
תקנה 1 אינה חלה –
(1)על קבלת תצהיר בידי עובד המדינה או עובד בשירות תאגיד שהוקם לפי חוק כשהוא פועל במילוי תפקידו;
(2)על קבלת תצהיר במסגרת הסכם למתן שירותים משפטיים שתמורתם זכאי עורך הדין לתשלום כולל או למשכורת.
