2. אישור לתיקון תנאי חכירה
המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך בכתב, רשאי לתת אישור בכתב, לפי הטופס שבתוספת, לפיו יש לתקן את תנאי החכירה לגבי הנכסים שפורטו באישור, באופן שיהפכו לזכויות חכירה מהוונות ותקופת החכירה הרשומה תוארך בארבעים ותשע שנים נוספות מתום תקופת החכירה הרשומה.
