12. דחיית בקשה על הסף
הוועדה רשאית לדחות את הבקשה על הסף במקרים שבהם סברה כי –
(1)הבקשה הוגשה בחוסר ניקיון כפיים או בחוסר תום לב הניכרים על פניהם;
(2)המבקש אינו פועל כפי שנדרש ממנו לצורך בחינת בקשתו לרבות לעניין המצאת נתונים או מסמכים כנדרש בתקנות אלה.
