13. הוראות מעבר
(א)חברי הוועדה שמונו לפי כללי ועדת למ״ד ימשיכו לכהן עד תום תקופת שלוש שנים לכהונתם, ויראו אותם כאילו מונו לפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)בקשה שהיתה תלויה ועומדת ערב תחילתן של תקנות אלה וטרם ניתנה בה החלטה, תמשיך להידון לפי תקנות אלה.
