11. החלטת הועדה
(א)החלטת הועדה תינתן תוך 15 ימים מיום שסיימו בעלי הדין את טענותיהם, תיערך בכתב ותיחתם בידי יושב ראש הועדה ושני החברים.
(ב)העתק ההחלטה יימסר לעורר ולמשיב.
