7. מועד השמיעה
(א)יושב ראש הועדה יקבע מועד לשמיעת הערר וישלח הזמנות לעורר ולמשיב; המועד לשמיעת הערר יהיה לא יאוחר מתום 21 ימים מיום הגשת תשובת המשיב לועדה.
(ב)הערר יישמע ברציפות עד לסיום הרצאת טענות הצדדים.
