31. פינוי מוקדם במצב חירום
במצב חירום שבו הוחלט על פינוי אנשים עם מוגבלות שהם מועמדים לפינוי מוקדם שאינם חצר״מ, הרשות המקומית וצה״ל יבצעו את הפינוי בהתאם לנהלים שלפי תקנה 30(ד) ו־(ה).
