33. הכנות לפי תקנות נגישות המסגרות
במצב חירום שבו הוחלט על פינוי אנשים שהם חצר״מ או מועמדים לפינוי מוקדם שאינם חצר״מ, המוסד לביטוח לאומי, האפוטרופוס הכללי, באמצעות מפעילי המסגרות שבאחריותם, יכינו לפינוי את המועמדים לפינוי מוקדם לפי הנוהל הפרטני כאמור בתקנה 5(ג) לתקנות נגישות המסגרות.
