Section 5 of תקנות איסור הלבנת הון (כללים לשימוש במידע שהועבר לפקיד מכס חוקר לשם חקירת עבירות נוספות ולהעברתו לרשות אחרת), התשע״ז–2017, תיעוד החלטות.
5. תיעוד החלטות
(א)הגורם המוסמך יתעד את החלטותיו כאמור בתקנות 3 ו־4 לפי הטפסים שבתוספת השנייה או השלישית, לפי העניין.
(ב)הגורם המוסמך ינהל רישום מרוכז של החלטות כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), וברישום יצוינו כל אלה:
(1)מועד מתן ההחלטה;
(2)העבירה הנוספת שלשם חקירתה או מניעתה נעשה שימוש במידע;
(3)תמצית המידע;
(4)היחידה או הגוף שאליו הועבר המידע לפי סעיף 30(ח) לחוק, אם הועבר.
