1א. עדכון קנסות
תיקון: 1129, 1597
(א)היועץ המשפטי רשאי לשנות בצו את שעורי הקנסות הקבועים בכל דין או תחיקת בטחון, על פי השינויים שחלו במדד מן המדד שפורסם בחודש שבו הם נקבעו לאחרונה.
(ב)לא יוגדלו שיעורי קנסות לפי סעיף זה לפני שחלפו ששה חדשים מיום ההגדלה הקודמת.
(ג)בסעיף זה –
”המדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה בישראל.
”קנסות“ – לרבות תקרות לקנסות שהדין או תחיקת הבטחון מסמיכים לקבוע.
