7. דרכי העברת מידע
התקשורת לפי תקנות אלה בין המבקש לבין הרשות המוסמכת תיעשה, בהסכמה של האחראי לאבטחת מידע ברשות המסים וראש הרשות המוסמכת, באחת או יותר מן הדרכים המפורטות להלן:
(1)בתקשורת ברשת פרטית (VPN – Virtual Private Network);
(2)במדיה מגנטית – לרבות דיסקטים, תקליטורים, התקן זיכרון נייד או כל אמצעי נתיק אחר;
(3)על גבי מסמכי נייר.
