המגיש למוסד תכנון תכנית להתקנת קו דלק, יודיע לממונה ולמנהל רשות המים בכתב על הגשת תכנית כאמור, ויציין את מיקום קו הדלק ואת שם מוסד התכנון שהתכנית הוגשה לו.
