10. מועד ומקום לבדיקת התובע
(א)המוסד יזמן את התובע לבדיקת הרופא המוסמך או לבדיקה לפי תקנה 8; בהזמנה יצויינו המועד והמקום של הבדיקה.
(ב)ההזמנה תישלח 14 ימים לפחות לפני המועד שנקבע לבדיקה, אלא אם כן הסכים התובע להתייצב לבדיקה אף ללא הזמנה כאמור או תוך זמן קצר מזה.
