23. הודעה לתובע
תיקון: תשע״ו־2, תש״ף, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
המזכיר יודיע לעורר בכתב על החלטת הועדה הרפואית לעררים, ולפי בקשתו ימציא לו גם העתק מהחלטת הועדה וכן העתק מהממצאים והנימוקים, אלא אם כן החליטה הועדה שאין להביא את הממצאים והנימוקים לידיעת העורר עצמו, אלא לידיעת בא כוחו של העורר או אדם אחר המייצג, לדעת המוסד, את העורר.
