2. חובת סימון רעלים שאינם תכשירים רפואיים
לא יחזיק אדם ולא ישווק רעל, שאינו תכשיר רפואי, אלא אם סומנה אריזתו כלהלן:
(1)רעל הנמנה עם רעלים מקבוצה 1 – בתווית רעל 1;
(2)רעל הנמנה עם רעלים מקבוצה 2 – בתווית רעל 2;
(3)רעל הנמנה עם רעלים מקבוצה 3 – בתווית רעל 2 ובתווית הזהירות ו׳.
