3א. מסמכים מצורפים לבקשה
תיקון: תשע״ג
מפר המבקש הפחתה של סכום עיצום כספי לפי תקנות אלה, יגיש למנהל, בתוך 30 ימים ממועד מסירת ההודעה על הכוונה להטיל עליו עיצום כספי, מסמכים המאמתים את העובדות שעל יסודן מתבקשת ההפחתה כאמור.
