1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”איש קשר מטעם שירות בתי הסוהר“ – סוהר אשר יהיה נוכח בבית המשפט ותפקידו לקשר בין אולם בית המשפט לבין מקום המעצר או בית הסוהר שבו מוחזק העצור או האסיר;
”היוועדות חזותית“ – תקשורת בין כמה מוקדים המאפשרת העברת תמונה וקול בזמן אמת;
”טלפון נייד ייעודי“ – מכשיר טלפון נייד שיספק שירות בתי הסוהר, שאמצעותו ניתן לקיים שיחה פרטית וחסויה לצורך התייעצות של העצור או האסיר עם בא כוחו.
