12. שמירת סודיות
המפקח וכל מי שהוסמך לקבלת ידיעות לפי תקנות אלה, לא יגלה ידיעה, דין וחשבון או מסמך שנמסרו לו לפי הוראותיהן של תקנות אלה, אלא אם כן דרוש הדבר לצורך ביצוע הפיקוח לפי תקנות אלה.
