12. חישוב כמות מים יוצאת
(א)חברה תחשב את כמות המים היוצאת לפי סכום ההפרש בין הערכת קריא מד־המים ביום תחילת תקופת המדידה לבין הערכת קריא מד־המים ביום שלאחר תום תקופת המדידה, בכל מדי־המים המודדים את המים שמספקת החברה לצרכניה.
(ב)סיפקה חברה מים לצרכן בלא מדידה ושלחה לו חיוב בעד אותה אספקה – תיווסף כמות המים שבעדה נשלח חיוב כאמור לסך כל כמות המים היוצאת.
