19. חובת הצבת מיתקן לריקון ביוביות
חברה תבטיח כי במערכת הביוב שלה או במרחק שלא יעלה על 20 קילומטרים מתחומה יהיה מיתקן לריקון ביוביות המובילות שפכים סניטריים, שמאפשר קליטה והפרדה של שפכים מוצקים מנוזלים.
