3. הרקת בור
(א)מחזיק ירוקן בור רקב או בור ספיגה סתום, לפי הענין, מהשפכים שהצטברו בו, בהתאם לצורך, כדי למנוע גלישת השפכים אל מחוץ לבור.
(ב)לא ירוקן מחזיק בור רקב או בור ספיגה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) אלא באמצעות ביובית.
(ג)מפעיל ביובית ירוקן את תכולת הביובית אך ורק למיתקן לטיפול בשפכים, ולאחר תיאום מראש עם מפעיל המיתקן לטיפול בשפכים.
