7. הוראות מעבר
מחזיק בור ספיגה –
(1)יסתום בור ספיגה שאינו בשימוש – לאחר הרקתו – תוך שלושה חדשים מיום התחילה;
(2)ינתק מבור ספיגה תעשייתי, תוך שנה מיום התחילה, את צינור מוצא השפכים ויחבר אותו למערכת הביוב, אם ישנה, ואם אין – למיתקן לטיפול בשפכים שאישר השר;
(3)ינתק מבור ספיגה ביתי, תוך שנתיים מיום התחילה, את צינור מוצא השפכים, ויחבר אותו למערכת הביוב, אם ישנה, ואם אין – לבור רקב אטום מפני חלחול שפכים לקרקע, שיחובר לבור הספיגה.
