Section 11 of כללי הרשות השנייה לטלוויזיה ורדיו (בטוחות לרישיון לשידורי טלוויזיה), התשע״ב–2011, תנאי הפקדונות.
11. תנאי הפקדונות
לגבי הפיקדונות הנדרשים לפי כללים אלה ומכתבי הפיקדונות, יתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)מכתב הפיקדון יסמיך את הרשות להשתמש בפיקדון למטרות האמורות בכללים אלה, לפי העניין;
(2)הרשות תשלח לבעל הרישיון הודעה על כל סכום שחולט מתוך הפיקדון;
(3)עם תום תקופת הרישיון, במקרה שלא יוארך, או עם סיומו מכל סיבה אחרת, תחזיר הרשות לבעל הרישיון את הפיקדון או כל יתרה שתישאר ממנו, בצירוף הריבית לפי הריבית ששולמה עליו על ידי הבנק שבו הופקד.
