על הגשת בקשה לפי סעיפים 7ב(ג) או (ד) או 7ג(א) לפקודה יחולו הוראות סימן א׳ לפרק כ׳ בתקנות סדר הדין, בשינויים המחויבים ובכפוף להוראות תקנות אלה.
