3. ציוות ישראלי באנייה שאינה פוקדת נמל בישראל
בכל אנייה שאינה פוקדת באופן סדיר נמל בישראל, אשר בצוות הבטיחות שנקבע לה מצוותים בעלי דרגות הסמכה של קצינים, ישרתו קברניט ישראלי וימאים ישראלים מתוך צוות הבטיחות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)קצין מכונות ראשי אחד;
(2)קצין סיפון אחד.
