3. דרכי מינוי חברי ועדת אתיקה
המנהל הכללי ימנה, בכתב, חברים כאמור בסעיף 24(א) לחוק לכל ועדה שנקבעה כאמור בתקנה 2, ורשאי הוא למנות ממלא מקום קבוע לכל חבר בועדת האתיקה.
