תיקון: תשכ״ז
קבלן המבצע עבודות בניה באמצעות קבלן־משנה, ימציא למוסד את כל הפרטים כנדרש בטופס שאפשר להשיגו בכל סניפי המוסד, תוך שבוע ימים מיום עריכת החוזה עם קבלן־המשנה בדבר ביצוע העבודות או מהיום הראשון להעסקתו של קבלן־המשנה, הכל לפי התאריך המוקדם יותר.
