10ב. שמירת זכויות
תיקון: תשמ״ז
נכה שאינו מקבל קיצבת ניידות לפי הסכם הניידות, אך מקבל קיצבה מיוחדת להחזקת רכב שאושרה לו לפי הסדרים קודמים, יימשך תשלום הקיצבה בהתאם לתוספת כל עוד ברשותו ובבעלותו רכב.
