10ד. קיצבה מיוחדת לשיקום מקצועי או לצרכי עיסוק
תיקון: תשמ״ז
קבע פקיד השיקום כי לצורך שיקומו המקצועי או הבטחת עיסוקו של הנכה יש צורך בכיסוי הוצאות מיוחדות קבועות עקב נכותו של הנכה, תשולם לנכה קיצבה מיוחדת לכיסוי הוצאות אלה.
