1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הממונה על התקינה“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 5 לחוק התקנים, התשי״ג–1953;
”חשבון ספק“ – חשבונית מס המעידה על שווי הסחורה המיובאת;
”שווי טובין“ – שווייה של הסחורה המיובאת לפי חשבון ספק (INVOICE).
