6. חילוט הערבות
תיקון: תשפ״ב
ראה הממונה על התקינה כי היבואן אינו עומד בהתחייבויות שלשם הבטחת קיומן נדרשה הגשת הערבות, כולן או חלקן, רשאי הוא, להורות על חילוט הערובה שהמציא היבואן, כולה או מקצתה, לאחר שאפשר ליבואן להשמיע את טענותיו.
