4. תביעה חוזרת
מי שתביעתו לקצבה חודשית נדחתה בשל אחוזי נכות רפואיים או בשל דרגת אי כושר, אשר נקבעו לפי סעיפים 208, 209, 211(א) או (ב) לחוק, לפי הענין, רשאי להגיש למוסד תביעה נוספת (להלן – תביעה חוזרת) לאחר שחלפו 6 חודשים ממועד הדחיה הקודמת.
