4. זכאות למענק חלקי
זכאי כאמור סעיף 127טז1(ב)(1) לחוק, ישולם לו מענק חלקי, אם מתקיים בו אחד מאלה:
(1)הוא עבד בעבודה מועדפת שהציעה לו לשכת התעסוקה 25 ימי עבודה רצופים לפחות תוך 21 החדשים הראשונים של התקופה הקובעת;
(2)הוא עבד ברציפות בעבודה מועדפת שהציעה לו לשכת התעסוקה ב־3 החדשים האחרונים של התקופה הקובעת.
