4א. אישור מקומות שיקום והכשרה מקצועית
תיקון: תשכ״ה־2, תשל״ו, תשל״ז
המקומות המפורטים להלן הם מקומות מאושרים שבהם ניתנים הכשרה מקצועית או שיקום מקצועי לענין הגדרת ”הכשרה מקצועית“ שבסעיף 91 לחוק:
(1)מקומות שבהם ניתנים הכשרה מקצועית או שיקום מקצועי בשיתוף עם האגף להכשרה ולהשתלמות מקצועית במשרד העבודה במקצוע הנלמד לפי תכנית לימודים לפחות 35 שעות בשבוע במשך 6 חדשים רצופים לפחות;
(2)בתי ספר לאחיות מוסמכות ואחיות מעשיות שהכיר בהם המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות או מי שהסמיך לכך.
