4. עריכת הסכם
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשנ״ז
אושרה בקשה לפי תקנות אלה, יחתום המבקש על הסכם עם המוסד בדבר ביצוע פעולת הבטיחות והגיהות בעבודה ויכול שהמוסד יבקש ערבות לכספים שיוקצו למבקש לפי תקנות אלה, וכל עוד לא מילא המבקש תנאים אלה, לא יוחל במימון ביצועה של הפעולה שאושרה.
