10. שיעורי דמי הביטוח
תיקון: תשמ״ד
מבוטח ביטוח ברשות ישלם דמי ביטוח בשיעור הקבוע לענף ביטוח זקנה ושאירים ולענף ביטוח נכות והוראות סעיף 160א לחוק לא יחולו לגביו. אולם מבוטחת ביטוח ברשות שהיא עקרת בית או שהיא אלמנה בת־קיצבה לא תשלם דמי ביטוח לענף ביטוח נכות.
