3. תנאי לבדיקת אי כושר לתפקד
(א)תנאי לבדיקת אי כושר לתפקד ולקביעת דרגת אי הכושר לתפקד הוא שנקבע לעקרת הבית אחוז נכות רפואית בשיעור של 50% לפחות.
(ב)אחוז הנכות הרפואית כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) ייקבע בהתאם להוראות החלות על קביעת אחוז נכות רפואית לפי סעיף 127כז לחוק.
