9א. תקופת רבע השנה
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשל״ב, תשמ״ו, תשנ״ז
רבע השנה לענין סעיף 98 לחוק, הוא רבע השנה שקדם ל־1 בחודש שבו חל היום שבעדו מגיעים לראשונה למבוטח דמי פגיעה או החודש האמור ושני החודשים שקדמו לו, לפי דמי הפגיעה הגבוהים יותר.
