7. ביטול הכרזה
המנהל רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם ראש שירותי בריאות הציבור במשרד הבריאות או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, לבטל הכרזה על אזור אסור ויודיע על כך כאמור בתקנה 8.
