תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשמ״ז־2, תשנ״ו
בתקנות אלה –
”שומה“ – כהגדרתה בתקנה 1 לתקנות הביטוח הלאומי (מקדמות), התשמ״ד–1984, או שומה עצמית כהגדרתה בתקנה האמורה;
”מקדמה רבעונית“ ו”רבעון“ – כהגדרתם בתקנה 1 לתקנות הביטוח הלאומי (מקדמות), התשמ״ד–1984;
”שנת מעבר“ ו”שנת מס“ – כמשמעותן בסעיף 32 לחוק לתיקון פקודת מס הכנסה (מס׳ 71), התשמ״ז–1987.
