תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשנ״ז
התברר על פי האישורים שהמציא החייל כי נגבו ממנו דמי ביטוח מהכנסה העולה על הסכום המרבי לפי סעיף 348(א) לחוק, יחולו הוראות תקנה 9 לתקנות בדבר מקרים מיוחדים, בשינויים המחויבים.
