20. הפסקת מימון השיקום בלימודים
מימון השיקום בלימודים יסתיים בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)הנכה סיים את לימודיו או שהסתיימה תקופת הלימודים המקובלת או תקופת הלימודים הכוללת, לפי המוקדם;
(2)הנכה לא המציא בתחילת שנת לימודים אישור של המוסד כאמור בתקנה 5(ה) כי הוא זכאי לעבור לאותה שנת לימודים;
(3)הנכה הפסיק את לימודיו.
