2. מועד להגשת ערעור
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תש״ע
ערעור על החלטה יוגש לבית הדין האזורי לעבודה תוך שישים ימים מהיום שבו נמסרה ההחלטה למערער; יראו החלטה כאילו נמסרה למוסד ביום שבו נמסרה למזכיר הועדה שהוא עובד המוסד.
