27. התקנה, החלפה או הסרה של מד מים
(א)מד מים לא יוסר ממקומו מכל סיבה שהיא, אלא אם כן הותקן במקומו, בו־בזמן, מד מים אחר.
(ב)המסיר מד מים ממקומו חייב לרשום את קריא מד המים שהוסר בעת הסרתו ואת קריא מד המים שהותקן במקומו, וכן את מספרי הזיהוי של שני מדי המים האמורים.
