34. מפרטים
(א)אלה שמות המפרטים שקבעה המועצה בתוקף סמכותה לפי סעיף 13(6) לחוק:
(1)מפרט דרישות טכניות לאופן בדיקת מדי מים;
(2)מפרט דרישות טכניות להתקנת מדי מים.
(ב)המפרטים שבסעיף קטן (א) יפורסמו באתר האינטרנט, ויהיו פתוחים לעיון הציבור בלא תשלום.
(ג)לא יתקין ולא יבדוק אדם מד מים, אלא לפי המפרטים שבסעיף קטן (א).
