3. פטור
כל פטור או הפחתה ממסים, אגרות ותשלומי חובה אחרים החלים בקשר להנפקת תעודה או מסמך שחייבים בהראייתם לפי חוקי מדינת ישראל לענין ההסכם יחולו גם על תעודות ומסמכים לענין זה שחייבים בהראייתם לפי חוקי מדינת הולנד.
