10. ועדת הבחירות המרכזית: בחירתה והרכבה
(א)לביצוע הבחירות על פי פקודה זו תבחר מועצת המדינה הזמנית בועדת בחירות מרכזית. מקום מושבה של הועדה יהיה תל־אביב.
(ב)ועדת הבחירות המרכזית תהיה של תשעה עשר חברים, נציגי כל הסיעות שבמועצת המדינה הזמנית בשים לב למספר חבריהן; לכל חבר הועדה יהיה ממלא מקום קבוע שאף הוא ייבחר על ידי מועצת המדינה הזמנית.
(ג)הרכבה של ועדת הבחירות המרכזית יפורסם בעתון הרשמי לפחות 50 יום לפני מועד הבחירות.
