20. ריתוק הבוחרים לאזורי קלפי
(א)כל בוחר רשאי לבחור רק בקלפי אשר רשימת הבוחרים הקשורה אליה כוללת את שמו.
(ב)לא יאוחר מעשרה ימים לפני מועד הבחירות רשאי כל בוחר לבקש מיושב ראש ועדת הקלפי ששמו יימחק מרשימת הבוחרים שבה הוא נכלל, ולבקש מיושב ראש של ועדת קלפי באזור בחירות אחר ששמו יוכנס לרשימת הבוחרים של אזור קלפי זה, לאחר שנתקבל אישור בכתב מאת יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי הקודמת שאמנם שמו נמחק שם.
